David is an internationally award winning photographer, publisher and writer living in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He is a Professional Photographers of America (PPA) Master of Photography and Certified by PPA. David is a five time winner of PPA's Photographer of the Year Award.

He specializes in Landscapes, Travel, Concerts, and Sports photography. Landscape subjects tend to be of the American Southwest and cover the mountains, wildflowers, Indian Ruins, Red Rock Canyons & Arches of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona.

Travel Photography is an area that he spends a lot of time on and is one of the areas that is published the most. He has traveled throughout the United States, Europe and China photographing beautiful travel destinations. He traveled to the pacific island of Iwo Jima, site of the famous WWII battle, in 2006 and 2007 to document the return of U.S. Marine Corps survivors of the battle to the island.

Concert Photography is one of his true passions and when he was just 17, he photographed one of the last live concerts of The Beatles in 1966. He has photographed many of the Legends of Rock & Roll, the Blues and Country Music including: Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, BB King, Aerosmith, Tina Turner, ZZ Top, Tom Petty, Santana, Van Halen, Buddy Guy and Sheryl Crow.

Sports – David has photographed all the professional sports teams in Colorado including the Denver Broncos, the Colorado Avalanche, and the Colorado Rockies. He also has a season photo pass for the Air Force Academy Football games and the Colorado Sky Sox (AAA farm team for the Colorado Rockies). He photographed the PGA International tournament for 6 years.

Equipment: David currently uses a Canon EOS 5D MK II, EOS 5D, EOS 40D and a Canon G10 digital cameras and lens for his Travel, Concert and Pro Sports photography. The landscape images are photographed with the Canon 5D MK II digital camera.
